Our founder’s diverse background means we know the finer details behind the scenes and how much they matter. We’ve handled the paperwork, navigated claims, and managed intricate professional portfolios, so we know what works and what doesn’t.

Hi, I’m Emma, founder and principal broker at Olive Mortgage and Finance Broking. I’m proud to call Crooked Brook, Western Australia home where we have just relocated. We previously lived in Dalyellup for the past 15 years where I live with my husband and our three amazing children: Jazmin, Riley, and Jake. We chose to settle in close to the town of Dardanup for its peaceful, country charm and strong sense of community. It’s here that we’ve found a wonderful school for our youngest son and connected with a network of friendly locals, just another reason I’m passionate about supporting our region through my work.
Before launching Olive, I spent over 20 years in the insurance broking industry, working across a wide range of roles in those years. This background gave me deep insight into the mechanics of finance and a strong foundation in client care. In the last three years, I’ve brought that experience into the world of finance broking, where my focus is on transparency, simplicity, and education, empowering clients to make informed, confident decisions.
Starting Olive Mortgage and Finance Broking was a natural next step. The name “Olive” holds personal meaning for me, symbolising stability, growth, and new beginnings.
